Re: Tame Impala Borderline

Tame Impala, the longtime project of Kevin Parker, has announced ‘Deadbeat.’ This is the fifth studio album in his discography.
Releasing on October 17, the album exists in the same sonic sphere as his previous work. It is described as “a collection of wickedly potent club-psych explorations,” but sharpened by “some of his most direct, brain-wormy songwriting to date,” according to a press release.
The rollout began in late July with the single, “End of Summer.” This was followed up yesterday with the second single, “Loser,” released with an accompanying music video starring Joe Keery, aka DJO. Tame Impala’s last studio album, ‘The Slow Rush,’ was released in February 2020.
