Pare ci siano anche altre novità. Alcune di contorno, altre di sostanza.

sui collaboratori:

Field of Reeds - collaborators
Graham Sutton – co-producer
Sutton founded and led seminal group Bark Psychosis as a teenager, before moving into the drum and bass world with Boymerang, remixing artists such as Metallica and Goldie. A resident of Argentina since co-producing Hidden in 2010, Sutton returned to the UK for work on Field of Reeds.

André de Ridder – classical conductor
Renowned German conductor de Ridder has collaborated with artists and ensembles as diverse as the Philharmonia Orchestra, Gorillaz, Uri Caine and MusikFabrik. A key player in the Hidden Live shows of 2011, de Ridder conducted for initial Field of Reeds recording sessions in Berlin, as well as drawing on musicians from his Stargaze ensemble.

Michel van der Aa – contemporary classical composer and director
Acclaimed Dutch composer and director van der Aa co-wrote The Light In Your Name with Jack during sessions at his Amsterdam studio. His latest work, 3D-video-opera Sunken Garden (conducted by André de Ridder), premiered at The Barbican on 12th April.

Professor Andrew McPherson
A lecturer in Digital Media at the Centre of Digital Music at Queen Mary, University, and previously a researcher at MET-lab, Drexel University, Philadelphia, McPherson invented the Magnetic Resonator Piano (MRP). He was introduced to the band through a friend of Graham Sutton's. The MRP is a hybrid acoustic-electronic augmentation of the traditional grand piano, whose sound is produced using electromagnetic actuators to directly manipulate the piano strings without loudspeakers.

Elisa Rodrigues - singer
Rodrigues brings her fado (traditional portuguese 'blues' music) inflected jazz singing to a number of tracks on Field of Reeds. She recently released her debut album in her native Portugal.

Why should we feel bad for what we've done? We still got the taste dancing on our tongues.
