certo che per il prossimo album, però, forse servirebbe una qualche svolta di suono

Esatto. Pensavo la stessa cosa. Adoriamo Sufjan ma ormai mi sembra "impantanato" troppo in Carrie & Lowell. A me Mystery of Love non dice granchè.

Sono contentissimo per lui, lo considererei un premio alla carriera e mi piace pensare che ci sarà anche un riscatto per Elliott Smith.

Secondo me, l'ho già scritto, non doveva fare il disco di outtake a 2 anni dall'uscita di Carrie & Lowell, ma al massimo un EP di appendice.
O un EP in generale in cui metterci anche Tonya Harding che invece è un gran bel pezzo.
Basta anche coi remix.

Anche perché cantando tutto sottovoce, finisce che tutto diventa simile. Side project inclusi, che alla fine hanno la stessa paletta dei suoi album.

Vedremo. Ai remix non do peso, mi preoccupa di più il fatto che i pezzi nuovi sembrano usciti da Carrie & Lowell. Per il futuro vorrei vederlo negli stessi territori di The Age of ADZ che amo alla follia.

In ogni caso stiamo cercando il pelo nell'uovo. Rompo le palle anche a Sufjan ormai .

si parlava del film, non credo possa entrare in rotazione...
è anche bella eh, ma se uno si è divorato Carrie & Lowell questa passa un pò in secondo/terzo piano.
