c'è un bel testo esplicativo ad accompagnare il disco. Devo dire che mi piace più dell'ultimo dei Wilco e di Sukierae

Sai che volevo scrivere che più lo ascolto più mi sembra davvero un ottimo disco?

sì, è un classico grower. Più essenzialità non essendoci Nels Cline e neanche Kotche se non per un brano, né il tastierista, quindi è tutto giocato su voce e chitarre. Il ritmo a volte lo dà lui stesso con i colpi alle corde dell'acustica mentre fa gli accordi.
E' un album registrato benissimo, è modernissimo anche se sono ingredienti storici.
Lo metto nei suoi migliori come anche Star Wars pochi anni fa.

Courtney Barnett with Wilco, Handshake Drugs, Solid Sound 2019

Courtney Barnett took the stage with Wilco at the band’s Solid Sound Festival at MASS MoCA in North Adams, Massachusetts this weekend, as Brooklyn Vegan notes. The performance took place during “Wilco Karaoke,” where fans and friends had the opportunity to sing Wilco classics backed by the band themselves. Barnett joined for “Handshake Drugs” from 2004’s A Ghost Is Born. Check it out below.
